Installation Requirements for Rice Color Sorters

Rice color sorters are widely used in rice sorting and favored by numerous rice producers because they improve rice quality and sorting efficiency. The reason is more likely to be problems in the installation environment or wrong installation order, so here are the detailed installation requirements for rice color sorters, to remove your confusion.

First, for the installation environment of rice color sorters:

1. Color sorters shall not be installed directly under strong light (lighting equipment etc.) or the sunlight. Otherwise, the signal capture ability of the optoelectronic system will be reduced, and then discolored kernels and other information will be imperceptible, which lowers the color sorting precision, increases carryover ratio and reduces the color sorting effect.

2. No strong electromagnetic interference, such as high-frequency transmitting and electric welding etc., is allowed around color sorters, as they are likely to affect the normal operation of color sorters.

3. Color sorters shall not be installed at places with multiple vibrations or strong vibration. Otherwise, the color sorting effects will be affected and the color sorters will be damaged.

4. Color sorters shall not be installed at low-temperature, high-temperature, moist or dusty places, their operating rooms shall be separated from other equipment of the rice mill, and good ventilation shall be guaranteed.

5. The floor shall be level, and no pre-embedded foundation bolts are required.
