New Year Speech by Chairman: Riding the Clouds to Go Globally, Ascending with Glory

Good evening!
In 2024, Jiexun underwent an organizational transformation akin to changing tires on a high-speed expressway. Through the concerted efforts of all our members, we not only changed the tires but also achieved growth against all the odds. On this occasion, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to every member present for their dedication and hard work.
Looking back on the year of 2024, we may find the most used phrase was "rat race". Industries across China and the globe are all in a rat race. Jiexun is no exception, yet we stood out from the race.
Let me explain why. Recently, as I talked to the head of a Fortune Global 500 company, one of our partners, two statements he made left a deep impression on me. He said that Jiexun stood out from the intense rat race in 2024 and that our products and technologies have been consistently imitated but never surpassed! He portrayed this as a rarity. Undoubtedly, this comes down to our robust product strength and technological advantage well ahead of peers!
Yet we could not have made so remarkable achievements without the hard work of all Jiexun people. Behind gains are many untold pains. At today's Strivers Award Ceremony, the heartfelt speech by Fang Zhangbin moved the entire audience, as it revealed the powerful spirit of our frontline marketing personnel who fight for honor and live by faith.
How do Jiexun people possess so strong spiritual energy? This is our corporate culture. This year marks the sixteenth anniversary of Jiexun's corporate culture development. By developing corporate culture, we aim to address the question of "what do we do for"? I believe you all remember that in my speech last year, I mentioned the goal of "becoming a respectable enterprise." How do we earn people's respect? The answer is to bring value to people. This is why we advocate the water culture, selflessness and altruism, and bringing value to others. As we arm our minds with such ideas, our team will have a soul. With a soul, we will be invincible!
All departments at Jiexun are aware of the necessity of completing the mission and the spirit of self-dedication. The corporate culture we have created is more than a slogan on the wall, but has stemmed from action and practice.
Let me tell you a short story about an engineer in our after-sales service team who has been in our company for more than two years. To maximize product advantages and bring higher value to the customer, the engineer worked for consistent improvement until two or three o'clock and got up at six o'clock in the morning every day during the technical service period. Moved by the engineer's earnest and responsible attitude, the customer offered cash as rewards many times yet was declined. Later, the customer commended the company with a banner which reads "Jiexun sets an example for the industry with its high quality, hard work and superb service". It was at that time that we realized that our engineer team had devoted so much. This is the core value of our corporate culture — the sense of honor brought by altruistic culture.
All of the hundreds of staff at our company are altruistic. In particular, with the rise of the new tea drink market and the surge in market demand this year, our product line has undergone a large-scale upgrade to address customers' pain points and maximize their benefits. To launch a new product, the design drawings alone take three months. However, to ensure customers' processing, our R&D team worked day and night without much time to have a rest. Ultimately, they delivered the design drawings in merely 15 days. Our production team reduced the three-month production cycle to 15 days. The product became a hit upon entering the market, causing a short supply. This is the strength of our Jiexun people.
We are like a tree who takes root downwards and bloom upwards. In 2025, Jiexun people will practice the spirit of selflessness and altruism with great passion, ride the clouds to go globally, ascend with glory, serve the people worldwide with world-class technology, and change the whole world's view of Made in China with new quality productive forces!
